LeBron Raymone James Sr. (born December 30, 1984) is an American professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
Widely considered as the greatest Small Forward and one of the greatest players in NBA history, James is frequently compared to Michael Jordan and sometimes Kobe Bryant in debates over the greatest basketball player of all time. James has been nicknamed "LBJ", "King James", "L-Train", and "The Akron Hammer".
During his 21-year NBA career, James has played for the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Miami Heat, and currently, the Lakers.
